Since Rod used the veto on himself, the votes that you made for nominations will determine the replacement.
So the replacement nominee is..........Summer.

Summer and Ashley are the final nominees. Neither nominee is allowed to vote. Make sure you all give goodbye messages to BOTH nominees, and eviction vote without a goodbye message will not be counted.
